Progress Report: Week 16, 2023

Hi all, here’s what we’ve worked on and released this week:

Slack integration: The big one has been integrating Workbounce with Slack. Questions in selected channels will now be replied to automatically, surfacing answers from across the stack, and referencing the source material as in the web app.
Response improvements: We’ve continued to tweak the parameters involved in answer retrieval and have seen improvements in answer quality.
Context menu: A new right-hand sidebar in the web app that allows users to quickly navigate to all referenced resources, clear the chat, and upvote / downvote the quality of the response.
