Progress Report: Week 33, 2023

New UI, new website, new faces.

It has been a while since our last update - we’re a small team, and we’ve been busy iterating on customer feedback to improve the product, which has come a long way!

New UI - Our minimal UI has been minimised even further. Joe has worked hard to bring all the focus onto the conversation, as well as improvements to how we handle chat history. Enterprise software has never looked so clean.

• New Website - The site needed an rework to reframe what we do and how we do it in a clear and simple way. People seem to have a better understanding and are excited when we talk to them, so that’s a good sign.

• Welcome, Amy - Amy Paredes joins us for six months as a GTM Consultant helping us to expand and manage our pilot customer programme.

• We’re hiring! - Specifically for a back-end engineer to join Dmitry. We have lots of interesting problems to solve in an exciting space. If you know talented individuals looking for a new challenge, please point them our way!
