Workbounce achieves SOC 2 certification 🎉

And our ongoing commitment to privacy and security

The beginning of a new year is often a time to reflect, assess your priorities, and put your best foot forward. Alongside a few personal resolutions, we had one major objective for Workbounce in January this year—and that was to secure our SOC 2 Type II certification.

Over the subsequent months, I was often asked why it was so high up on our priority list - some thought it was unusual that we’d be pursuing security certification alongside early product development. But for us, it was always a no-brainer.

“..with great power comes great responsibility”

We consider AI and LLMs to be a hugely-powerful tool that every business in the world will eventually come to depend on. As one of the earliest providers of this technology as an enterprise B2B solution, it’s our responsibility to set the bar for security, privacy and data protection as high as we possibly can.

Our three-month SOC 2 audit came to a close a few weeks ago, which wouldn’t have been possible without Lynn our Operations Manager, and Dmitry, our Technical Lead—their rigorous work was fundamental to our success.
